New settlement permits athletes to employ Michigan branding in NIL specials

The Brandr Group, a model management, licensing and marketing agency introduced on Wednesday that it has declared a group licensing settlement with U-M for its scholar-athletes.

This settlement is for U-M student-athletes to profit off their name, graphic and likeness (NIL) by applying official emblems and logos.

Nevertheless, the pupil-athlete have to voluntarily choose-in to the plan in buy to receive the official branding.
